If You’re the Lucky Winner, yourself and your plus one will enjoy a Beautiful, Spacious en-Suite room with impressive views and a King Size Bed to Fall into at the end of the day.

Ever feel like you need to slow down? With the roller coaster of modern life, it’s no surprise. If you need to stop a moment, breathe a little and reconnect with the world around you, this wonderful Weekend Retreat could be just what you need. Held on Friday 24th to Sunday 26th April, in the heart of mid Wales at Award winning Hotel in Llanbrynmair surrounded by the Stunning Cambrian mountains. The Weekend’s activities will be led by Personal Trainer and Health Coach Nia who runs Achieve23 Personal Training. Nia prioritises health and happiness over body image and weight goals, she’s encouraging, supportive and will provide a warm welcome to all participants.

What’s On? What’s Included?

The weekend has plenty of activities to help you reset both physically and mentally. Join in with the activities that appeal to you, the weekend has been planned with your wellness in mind. Stay well fed throughout with freshly prepared meals including plenty of local produce, as well as Complimentary Tea and Coffee included. If you fancy something a little stronger you’ll need to remember your purse as wide selection of drinks are available at the bar.

The Itinary

2pm – Arrival, settle in & explore your surroundings
4.30pm to 5.30pm – Team building fitness fun whilst getting to know each other
5.45pm to 6.30pm – Quieten the mind & body with a calming flowing stretch sequence
6.30pm – Enjoy your evening & relax
7.30pm & 8pm – Dinner is served

7.30am to 8.15am – Awaken the body with a power flow stretch    
8.30am to 9.30am – Breakfast
10am – Nutritional talk & quiz whilst breakfast settles
11am to 11.45am – Your body is powerful (Bodyweight strength/endurance session)
11.55am to 12.20pm – Challenging your balance stretch
12.15pm to 3pm – Explore, relax & restore
1pm to 2pm – Lunch is served
3pm to 3.45pm – Celebrate what your body can do (Bootcamp style workout)
4pm to 4.30pm – Cardio blast
4.45pm – Quieten the mind & body
5.45pm – Enjoy your evening & relax
Dinner is served between 7.30pm & 8pm

7.30am to 8.15am – THE FINALE
8.15am to 8.45am – Gentle stretch to end our time together
9.30am – Breakfast
11am – Goodbyes
