The results I’ve seen are amazing. I’ve been lucky enough to have seen total hair removal after two top lip sessions. I’m on session 3 of my underarm and I no longer worry about daily shaving. The dark shadow under my arms has gone. The girls at the salon are all amazing and very thorough. I was worried it may be painful! How wrong I was. If you’re thinking of booking in, do it. It’s changed my life and I’ve decided after the summer to invest in laser for Hollywood and lower leg.
I was so happy with my first ever laser treatment at The Waxologist. Not only are the results amazing after just 1 treatment but the whole experience was perfect. Lovely clean and pretty clinic, the girls made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away and talked me through everything they were doing. Excellent! Today I had my first laser hair treatment, the clinic was very clean, and the team were fantastic. The whole process was explained in detail, patch tests of each area were completed before the treatment began, the treatment itself was great and aftercare advice was provided at the end of the treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. Very much looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you.
Had my first laser hair removal 6 weeks ago… wow! Just wow! After one session the hair has barely returned. This wasn’t something I expected to happen so quickly, especially since shaving the hairs return rapidly. Amazing service from start to finish, the process was explained prior and during, and aftercare was extremely clear and informative. Very comfortable, no pain at all. Have booked more sessions for more areas. Cannot wait to hair free!

I had my first ever Brazilian yesterday and I honestly cannot thank Lauren enough! I was understandably quite nervous, but from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. She was so professional, friendly and reassuring, and kept me chatting throughout, which made the whole experience so much easier.

I come here for my pre holiday wax every year. I had Doyin before my last holiday in June and she was ace. Made me feel so so comfortable and she was so chatty and friendly. I will definitely be booking in with her again :)

I had a bikini wax with Doyin and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel completely relaxed throughout the whole treatment. Today was my first waxing appointment with The Waxologist, i booked in with Jade and I was left feeling very happy with the service.
Jade is an absolute star, she was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable.
Jade answered all of my questions and definitely takes great pride in her work, she was very thorough and knowledgeable.
Jade was respectful at all times and treated me with dignity.
I was surprised at how minimal the pain was, Jade worked very quickly and professionally.
This visit exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back again!

Brilliant experience every time. Doyin did my treatment today for the second time, she’s super efficient, no faff and I’m always pleased with my results no matter who I choose to do my treatments.

Recently had my first full leg and bikini wax, was so nervous 😅 I had Lorna, and instantly she made me feel so much better! The wax didn't hurt no where near as bad as I thought it would! Was a little quicker than I thought it would be and left feeling super smooth! Lorna was very informative and answered all my questions 😅 its been a few days since my wax and can honestly say, I should have started this year's ago! Beautiful place (the birds sounds in the toilet are fab!) Already booked in for my next wax! Highly recommend this place x

I have been visiting this clinic for both waxing and laser treatments over the past 9 years and the experience will genuinely exceeded any expectation.
From the moment you walked in, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and professional, which immediately puts you at ease.
What really stands out was how attentive and knowledgeable all the staff are. They take the time to understand your skin type, explain the process in detail, and answer every question without ever making you feel rushed.
I would also like to highlight the Waxologist as a business is ran expectionally well. It has been consistently reliability and punctuality always kept my appointment within the arranged time slot which I believe reflects a respect for your time also.
The staff have created a genuinely welcoming environment. Their professionalism is balanced with warmth, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed rather than clinical.
I always get amazing results and everyone I have recommend to go here (and I mean everyone) always thank me afterwards as they consistently deliever the best service.
I would personally like to thank Lorna & Lauren who always makes me feel safe, comfortable and remember little details about our previous conversations which makes me feel like I'm a person and not just a customer to them.
I guarantee if you choose to have your treatments at the Waxologist, you would never want or need to go anywhere else again because there really is no better place than here.

The waxologist is an absolutely incredible waxing specialist salon. I have been regularly (every 4-6 weeks!) without fail for the last 3 years. I’ve had waxes from Lorna, Natasha, Jade and Lauren. They have all been absolutely exceptional. All chatty, friendly and welcoming, the attention to detail they all give and the long lasting results are fantastic. I recommend them to everyone and two friends now visit them regularly too. They have suggested I go for laser hair removal but I’d miss my regular visits!

Laser leg treatment - fabulous. Natasha explained everything in detail. Had 4/6 sessions so far and can't believe the difference. There is very little hair growth on the treated areas. Highly recommend.

If you are nervous about waxing, don't be, if you feel a bit daft if you've never been waxed before, don't... This is how I felt before my first visit to The Waxologist team... They are amazing, friendly and the place is spotless.. Danielle is my 15 minute relaxing therapy session every 3 weeks I'm that comfortable now.. Lauren, the owner is funny and will also pop and say hello if she's around.

I was so nervous to start waxing, but it something I've wanted to do for so long. I eventually plucked up the courage and booked with Karen. I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed and the treatment is carried out so quickly! I recommend this salon to all of my friends and family. Professional, friendly service everytime!

Had a wonderful waxing experience with the delightful Karen, who was professional and welcoming from start to finish and immediately put me at ease. The procedure was a LOT less painful than I was expecting, thanks to Karens skills & I believe the special wax used here. Im already booked in for my next wax and would highly recommend it! The decor is absolutely beautiful too!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Had a pregnancy wax with Natasha and she couldn't have been any better. I was obviously nervous due to not having had a salon wax for over 2 years and being pregnant. She put me instantly at ease and checked I was okay throughout. She did a brilliant job and was super speedy. Fastest wax I've had ever. Will definitely be back!

Karen provided the best wax I've ever had! She understood my past traumas with waxing and put my mind at ease. She explained the wax product and technique they use, and provided a comfortable wax. Aftercare advice was also fantastic.
